* Beat eggs wth milk and hot sauce
* Once potatoes are ready, add eggs to skillet with onions, tomatoes, and velveeta cheese cubes
* Stir for 3-4 minutes, and then add cooked bacon pieces and sausage

* Plate skillet contents, and place slice of cheddar cheese on top. If it doesnt melt enough, microwave plate for no more than 30 seconds.
* Add dallop of sour cream on top and sprinkle approx 1 tblsp of green onion on top
* Slice avocados on the side

Fudge Filled Strawberries
(4 out of 5 stars on the Hubby Scale)
Smuckers micrvowaveable hot fudge

* Cut stems off strawberries, and cut in half
* Carve middle out of strawberry halves to make little bowls
* Put a few drops of Cointreau in each half, and then fill rest up with fudge
* Put strawberries back in the fridge. After a few minutes stick halves back together and hold together with toothpick.

(If you use nutella rather than fudge, the hubby rating goes up to 4.5 out of 5 stars 🙂 … just mix the Nutella with the Cointreau before putting it in halves)
